Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Banker-Sales for Capital Small Finance Bank Limited, based in Ambala. The primary responsibilities include managing personal banking services, assisting customers in opening and managing accounts, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves promoting various deposit products, providing financial guidance, and ensuring consistent customer service. The Personal Banker will also actively engage with clients to drive sales of banking products and meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in personal banking and knowledge of deposit products
• Experience in opening and managing customer accounts
• Strong understanding of finance and banking principles
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach to banking
• Strong sales acumen, with the ability to meet and exceed defined targets
• Educational background in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in handling financial systems and understanding regulatory guidelines is a plus
