Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the VP's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings, including handling last-minute changes.
• Arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
• Handle all confidential correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials as required.
• Manage all forms of

  business communication

  including drafting, reviewing, and sending internal and external correspondence ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.

• Follow up

  on pending matters, commitments, and deliverables to ensure

  deadlines are met

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP.
• Maintain and update records, contact lists, and business databases, including entries and follow-ups in the

  CRM system

  .
• Ensure the VP's time is optimized and priorities are managed efficiently.
• Be available to handle urgent requests or last-minute tasks beyond regular working hours when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in

  Google Workspace / MS Office

  CRM systems

• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and willingness to work overtime when required.
