Personal Assistant to MD

You will be working as a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). Your role will involve managing the CMD's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings, handling travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings, as well as drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMD, maintain confidentiality, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. You may also assist in personal tasks and errands as required. To excel in this position, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant, preferably at a senior management level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential. You should also be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
