Personal Assistant -Medak - Upto 25k

Salary Range: 15k-20k(Negotiable, if the candidate is good and smart)

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the owner’s schedule. Book meetings, calls, and travel. Make sure tasks from the owner are done.
• Write reports, slides or letters. Read emails and answer or pass them on. Take calls.
• Talk with the team, with vendors and clients. Attend meetings. Note down important points and make sure things are completed on time.
• Do jobs that the owner asks: do research, plan agenda, help with travel and hotel bookings.
• Keep things private. Need a person who understand confidentiality.

Required Skills & Training:

• Excellent command of both English and Hindi (reading, writing, speaking); strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask, manage priorities, adapt to changing schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email/calendar tools; ability to learn new tools; training in time-management and professional etiquette.

Office Timings: 10:00am-7:00pm
