We are seeking a dedicated and professional personal secretary or administrator to support our executive management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, have a proactive approach to task management, and demonstrate high attention to detail.This role requires readiness for travel and exceptional communication skills in English.
Qualifications and Skills :
Education: masters (MBA) required.
Experience: Prior experience in an executive assistant or personal secretary role is preferred.
Language: fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technology skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite(Word, PowerPoint presentations) .
Additional Requirement:
Must be well-professional and capable of representing the company with poise. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
