Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain services/products
- Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally- Maintain call records and follow up as needed- Meet daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident, polite, and proactive attitude- Basic computer knowledge- Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
