Senior Performance/Load Test Engineer

About the Role

Senior Performance/Load Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust performance testing strategies for complex, distributed systems
Automate performance testing across both
API
and
GUI
layers
Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
Continuously improve performance testing frameworks and methodologies

Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of experience in software development and quality engineering
Proven expertise in performance testing and engineering for scalable systems
Strong hands-on experience with:

Programming Languages:
Python, Java, or TypeScript
UI Test Automation:
Playwright
API Testing Tools:
Rest Assured, Postman
Performance Testing Tools:
JMeter, K6, BlazeMeter, Locust, Artillery

Experience with
Artillery
is highly preferred
Solid understanding of system architecture, load balancing, and distributed computing
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD workflows
Familiarity with cloud environments and containerized applications
Strong communication and collaboration skills
