As a QA Engineer specializing in cybersecurity, automation, and cloud-native testing, your main responsibility will involve designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies that encompass functional, performance, security, and emerging testing techniques. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the products not only meet industry standards but also establish new benchmarks for quality and security in the banking sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possessing 3-5+ years of hands-on QA experience within the financial services or banking sector, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity - Demonstrating expertise in testing methodologies such as functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing - Showcasing proven experience with advanced automation frameworks and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or equivalent - Implementing security testing practices (SAST, DAST, vulnerability assessments) within CI/CD pipelines - Proficiency in performance and load testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, and cloud-based testing environments - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Exposure to AI/ML-driven testing tools and data analytics for quality prediction - Experience with modern application development frameworks and service-oriented architectures - Integrating automated tests into agile and DevSecOps workflows **Qualifications Required:** - Hold certifications in Quality Assurance (ISTQB, CSTE), Cybersecurity (CEH, CISSP, OSCP), and Cloud (AWS Certified, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) - Be familiar with compliance standards and frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR) In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of VMware virtual machines, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and some Linux servers. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining the general health of the queue, recommending process/system changes, optimizing team processes, troubleshooting, monitoring resource utilization, ensuring appropriate capacity plans are in place, and performing performance tuning. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines will be advantageous.
