Performance Testing Load Runner

As a Performance Testing Load Runner professional with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and security of our banking products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive test strategies that encompass functional, performance, security, and emerging testing techniques. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will strive not only to meet industry standards but also to set new benchmarks for quality and security. Your mandatory skills should include: - 3-5+ years of hands-on QA experience in the financial services or banking sector with a strong focus on cybersecurity - Proficiency in various testing methodologies such as functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing - Proven experience with advanced automation frameworks and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or equivalents - Practical experience in integrating security testing (SAST, DAST, vulnerability assessments) within CI/CD pipelines - Proficiency with performance and load testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, and cloud-based testing environments - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - Exposure to AI/ML-driven testing tools and data analytics for quality prediction - Experience with modern application development frameworks and service-oriented architectures - Strong background in integrating automated tests into agile and DevSecOps workflows Preferred certifications for this role include: - Quality Assurance certifications like ISTQB, CSTE - Cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP - Cloud certifications like AWS Certified, Azure Fundamentals, etc. - Familiarity with compliance standards and frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GDPR Your role will involve: - Administration of VMware virtual machines, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and some Linux servers - General queue health management, including resolving tickets, identifying trends, recommending process/system changes, and optimizing team processes - Providing troubleshooting, maintenance, monitoring resource utilization, and ensuring appropriate capacity plans are in place - Performance tuning and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines The hiring process for this position will comprise: - Screening (HR Round) - Technical Round 1 - Technical Round 2 - Final HR Round If you possess the required skills and experience and are ready to take on this challenging role, we encourage you to apply and be part of our innovative and dynamic team.,
