Performance Testing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance testing efforts for complex enterprise applications across multiple domains.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using

  Apache JMeter

  and

  LoadRunner

  .
• Conduct workload modeling, test planning, test execution, and bottleneck analysis.
• Identify and diagnose performance issues related to application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Analyze performance test results, generate comprehensive reports, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Drive performance testing best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support CI/CD integration and automation of performance testing into pipelines.

Required Skills:

• 811 years of experience in performance testing, with hands-on expertise in

  JMeter

  and

  LoadRunner

  .
• Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), web services (REST/SOAP), and microservices.
• Proficient in performance monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
• Experience in scripting and parameterization of test cases.
• Good knowledge of performance metrics (throughput, latency, memory usage, etc.).
• Ability to simulate real-world user loads and identify system limits.
• Familiarity with APM tools and log analysis.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to

• Experience with performance testing in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Knowledge of containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Programming/Scripting knowledge (Java, Python, Bash, etc.) for test automation and custom utilities.
