Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute performance tests using an automated testing environment and conduct analysis of results. Define, develop and apply performance/scalability benchmarks. Work in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability. Work efficiently with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis. Devise and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes. Must-Have Experience: 5-8 years in the QA domain out of which at least 3+years work experience on Perf testing projects for reputed clients Strong Work Experience with at least 2 performance testing tools preferably Loadrunner and/or Jmeter Strong Work Experience in designing automated Performance test scripts with best industry practices Strong Work Experience with multiple profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks. Strong working knowledge of Web services - Soap as well as Rest Core Java fundamentals should be strong Reasonably strong Unix , DB & CI/CD skills Experience in data analysis and visualization, end-to-end performance and root cause analysis. Preferred candidate profile Strong experience in performance testing of SAP applications. Experience in Cloud-based platforms like AWS and GCP Expertise in performance assessment and optimization of complex applications built on SAP BTP platform. Strong understanding of relational database systems as well as in-memory databases. Strong scripting knowledge Perl, Python etc Reasonable knowledge of performance-tuning SQL queries, JVM tuning techniques
