Work Location:- Bangalore

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with NeoLoad (script creation, test execution, and analysis) and 8+ Years of Hands Experience with any other Leading Performance tool.
• Create Scalable Performance Scripts, Analyzing the Nonfunctional requirements and creating performance and Load scenarios as per them.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC and its interaction with Hybris and other enterprise systems.
• Strong background in performance engineering concepts throughput, latency, concurrency, resource usage.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum development processes.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• TOSCA experience would be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing in build processes.
• Exposure to cloud-based infrastructure and scalability testing (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with other SAP modules and middleware systems.
• ISTQB Performance Testing certification or similar is a plus.
