Creating and executing performance test scripts using a variety of tools and techniques. Identifying and prioritizing performance test scenarios based on business needs, risks, and impact. Analyzing and interpreting test results, identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending solutions to improve performance and scalability. Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues. Maintaining and updating performance test scripts and test environments to reflect changes in software and system configurations. Documenting and reporting on test results, including performance metrics, graphs, and charts. Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential, as well as proficiency in performance testing tools and techniques.

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner. Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing for BFSI applications. Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations. Work closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure performance standards are met. Prepare detailed test reports and document performance benchmarks. Troubleshoot issues related to latency, throughput, and resource utilization. Strong experience in JMeter, LoadRunner, and other performance testing tools. Understanding of BFSI domain applications and their performance challenges. Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic). Knowledge of SQL and database performance testing. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
