Monitoring Implementation & Optimization
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions using AppDynamics and Dynatrace. • Configure dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring to ensure visibility into application and infrastructure health. • Optimize existing monitoring setups for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Collaboration & Enablement • Work closely with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to define KPIs and ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage. • Provide training and enablement to internal teams on observability tools and best practices. Incident Management & Troubleshooting • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for performance issues and outages. • Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve high-severity incidents (P1/P2) and reduce repeat occurrences. Tool Integration & Automation • Integrate monitoring tools with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). • Develop scripts and automation for monitoring setup and maintenance (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
