Performance Media Planner

The role of Performance Media Planner involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms. This position is pivotal in driving successful outcomes for both clients and internal brands. As a Performance Media Planner, your responsibilities include planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You will collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns. Monitoring campaign performance daily and optimizing for conversions, ROAS, and CPL are crucial aspects of this role. Conducting A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be required to generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools while staying updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 2-3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns. A strong understanding of paid media KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc., is essential. Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is required. A data-driven mindset with a sharp focus on campaign insights and optimizations is crucial for success in this position. The ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals is also a valuable skill. Candidates with experience in remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting will be given preference. Prior experience working in a creative or digital agency environment is a bonus. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an additional advantage.,
