Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist with 3–4 years of experience to design, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond basic campaign management and wants to own strategy end-to-end while staying hands-on with execution.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Define full-funnel approaches (awareness, consideration, conversion) and align them with client objectives.
  • Create and optimise ad copies, targeting strategies, and landing page recommendations.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversions.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CVR, CPL, ROAS, and CAC.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend tactical adjustments.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.
  • Use insights to create performance dashboards and reports.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Work directly with clients to understand business goals and translate them into campaign strategies.
  • Present campaign performance updates and explain optimisation plans in a clear, consultative manner.
  • Proactively suggest new opportunities for growth (new platforms, targeting methods, or campaign structures).

Technical Setup & Tracking

  • Implement and manage tracking: Pixels, UTMs, and attribution models.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues across channels.
  • Ensure accuracy of reporting and alignment with client KPIs.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads mandatory).
  • Previous work in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Proven success in running campaigns across the full funnel (awareness → conversion).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into insights.
  • Experience with GA4, Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio.
  • Good understanding of lead generation, ROAS, CAC, and funnel metrics.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while managing multiple clients/projects.

  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
