As a Performance Marketing Specialist at our company, your role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels. Handle budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign pacing. - **Optimization & Testing:** Conduct A/B testing across ads and landing pages. Analyze marketing funnels and optimize for improved CTR, conversion rates, and reduced CPA. - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Track and analyze KPIs using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to align messaging and assets. - **Trend Monitoring:** Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - **Experience:** Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of improving ROI. - **Technical Expertise:** Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms. - **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - **Digital Marketing Knowledge:** Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), attribution models, and tracking mechanisms. - **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong project management, and strategic thinking abilities. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
