We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Specialist / Media Buyer Specialist based in Noida. This hybrid role offers flexibility with partial work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include planning and executing effective media campaigns, managing media buying and performance marketing activities, developing strategic media plans, analyzing campaign performance data, and optimizing strategies to meet business objectives. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Media Planning and Media Buying to efficiently manage advertising campaigns
• Expertise in developing Media Strategies for targeted and impactful marketing campaigns
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Clear and effective Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Previous experience in performance marketing or digital advertising is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
