Performance Marketing Specialist

Experience:

• Campaign Management:
• Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Perform daily account management, monitor performance, and adjust bids for better efficiency
• Strategy Development:
• Create paid media strategies to enhance visibility, drive quality traffic, and generate leads
• Continuously test ads, keywords, and bid strategies to improve performance
• Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze campaign outcomes and refine strategies to ensure high ROI
• Provide weekly/monthly reports covering key metrics, performance goals, and budget tracking
• Budget Management:
• Efficiently manage allocated budgets across campaigns
• Monitor spend and optimize for the best returns
• Collaboration:
• Work with content, design, and product teams to produce effective ad creatives and landing pages
• Align with the SEO team to ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
• Proven expertise in Google Ads (PPC), Shopping Ads, and Meta Ads
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Google Ads Certification and Meta Certification preferred
• Experience with bid management tools is a plus.
