Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads)

Roles and Responsibilities:

The performance marketing manager for Meta Ads will have complete ownership of Meta Ads channel spanning over multiple geographies and categories.

This is an individual contributor role with cross cross-functional interface with other stakeholders, including extensive collaboration with the creative team. The incumbent should be a full funnel marketer with deep expertise in performance marketing channels. The role will expand into category management and accountability of other channels over time.

The key roles and responsibilities include

1) Performance Marketing

- Create and optimise Meta ads campaigns across different geographies and take ownership of key metrics such as ROAS and Demos

- Identify new opportunities for growth through new creatives, categories and geographies

2) Creative Analysis and Creation

- Analyse various creatives and identify key drivers for hook rates and hold rates

- Research new trends in Meta Creatives and come up with concept ideas for the Video creatives team

- Independently conceptualise and implement creative ads (static and videos) to augment the creative teams

3) Category Development

Work extensively on all levers to develop the category such as

- Messaging and communication

- Product packaging, pitch, pricing

- Lead to demo conduction levers

- Sales enablement

What are We Looking For

- A collaborative attitude with a problem solving mindset

- BTech from a tier 1 engineering institute such as IIT/ NIT/ DTU/ NSUT or equivalent

- 4-7 years of experience with a startup with deep experience in performance marketing are creative development

- Excellent analytical ability
