Job Description

Key Responsibilities (day-to-day)

Plan, build, and launch paid-search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - keyword research, ad copy, audiences, and bid/budget setup.
Run daily and weekly optimisations: bids, budgets, negatives, search-term reviews, and A/B tests on copy and landing pages.
Monitor pacing and KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate); diagnose underperformance and act on it.
Implement and QA conversion tracking, UTMs, and tagging with the analytics team.
Apply smart bidding and automation; pilot new platform features and betas.
Build performance reports and dashboards; translate numbers into insights and next steps.
Present results, learnings, and recommendations in weekly and monthly client reviews.
Coordinate with creative, analytics, and account teams on briefs, assets, and integrated campaigns.
Manage budget pacing and billing reconciliation for accuracy.
Track platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ownership-driven environment.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in paid search, performance marketing, or digital advertising.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
