About the Role

We are looking for a hardcore E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager with proven experience in scaling Shopify stores and driving online sales through paid advertising.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling sales campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, with a strong focus on revenue generation, ROAS, conversion optimisation, and profitable customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Store Sales & Growth

• Manage and scale Shopify store sales through performance marketing.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online revenue and conversion rates.
• Optimise product campaigns, landing pages, sales funnels, and checkout conversions.
• Implement retargeting, remarketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor store performance, average order value (AOV), CAC, and overall sales growth.

2. Marketplace Advertising

• Plan and manage Amazon Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Manage Flipkart Ads campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
• Optimise advertising budgets, product targeting, keyword bidding, and campaign performance.
• Drive profitable marketplace sales while maintaining target ROAS and ACOS.

3. Meta & Google Ads

• Manage Facebook and Instagram conversion and sales campaigns.
• Plan and execute Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns.
• Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce acquisition costs.

4. Performance Tracking & Analytics

• Track sales, revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Manage GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable growth strategies.
• Analyse campaign data and make decisions based on performance metrics.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Shopify store sales and scaling D2C businesses.
• Proven experience managing Amazon and Flipkart sales advertising.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce sales funnels and conversion rate optimisation.
• Experience with campaign budgeting, scaling, and ROAS optimisation.
• Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and tracking integrations.
• Ability to independently manage multiple advertising platforms and deliver measurable sales growth.

Salary
