Performance Marketing Intern

As a Performance Marketing Intern at Zenerom Creative Lab, you will play a crucial role in supporting digital marketing efforts by assisting in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing ad performance, conducting keyword research, collaborating with content and design teams for creatives, and preparing performance reports and insights. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads - Monitor and analyze ad performance to suggest improvements - Conduct keyword research and audience targeting - Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign creatives - Prepare performance reports and insights Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of performance marketing channels and tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager - Strong analytical skills and interest in marketing metrics - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is a plus - Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly - Certification in digital marketing (optional, but a plus) Zenerom Creative Lab offers real-world experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, a performance-based stipend, a certificate of internship, mentorship from experienced marketers, and potential for full-time employment based on performance.
