PERFORMANCE MARKETING INTERN

As a Performance Marketing Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital advertising and data-driven marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in creating, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels. - Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance. - Monitoring daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, impressions, and conversions. - Supporting the team in preparing performance reports and insights using tools like Excel/Sheets. - Helping in creating ad copies, basic creatives, and providing landing page suggestions. - Coordinating with the marketing and design team for timely campaign execution. - Staying updated with the latest digital marketing and performance marketing trends. - Assisting in A/B testing of ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages. To excel in this role, you should have: - Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or online advertising concepts. - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. - Creative thinking with effective communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Certification in Digital Marketing (Google/META) would be advantageous. In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in paid campaign management, real-world training on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytical dashboards, and develop skills in creating performance reports and insights.
