Performance marketing Intern

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to design, execute, and analyze digital campaigns across Meta and Google. You’ll learn to manage budgets, optimize ads, and translate analytics into creative insights that drive performance
Requirements

Key Responsibilities

● Support planning and execution of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

● Assist in keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad-copy creation

● Track and report key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.)

● Collaborate with the creative team to align visuals and ad messaging

● Experiment with AI tools to optimize campaign performance and reporting

● Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and trends

Must-Have Skills

● Good communication — both written and spoken

● Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and ad platforms

● Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills

● Curiosity to explore AI tools for marketing

Good-to-Have Skills

● Experience running or managing ad campaigns (even for personal projects)

● Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification

● Social-media presence that reflects creative or marketing interest

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
