Were looking for a curious, driven intern to join our growth team at Spardha. Youll work closely

with our performance marketing lead to help run ad campaigns, create assets, and analyze

data.

This role is best suited for someone who wants hands-on exposure to performance marketing

and is eager to learn how real startup growth works. High-performing interns may be offered a

full-time position after the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns

? Create daily or weekly reports to analyse performance

? Support in creating and testing ad creatives + copy

? Help manage landing pages and basic funnel analysis

? Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics

? Work on new experiments and creative marketing ideas

Who Were Looking For:

? 01 years of experience in digital marketing (internship, freelance, or personal projects

count)

? Curious, self-driven, and proactive

? Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and basic Excel

? Bonus if youve tried running ads, building pages, or managing any social account before

? Good communication skills (especially in a remote setup)
