Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated

Performance Marketing Intern

to support our digital marketing team in executing and optimizing paid campaigns. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of growth marketing in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and prepare basic reports
• Support A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for campaign assets
• Help track conversions and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices
  

Key Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus
• Analytical mindset and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent communication and eagerness to learn
