As a full-time hybrid Performance Marketing Meta D2C professional at Stir It Up Interactive, your responsibilities will revolve around developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, analyzing data, conducting performance testing, and monitoring performance metrics. While the primary work location is in Gurugram, this role offers flexibility for remote work as well. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and performance management, effective communication abilities, experience in performance testing, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, a keen eye for detail, and a results-driven approach.
