Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to design and implement e-commerce strategies, drive business growth, and improve conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Design and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.

2. Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

3. Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to meet and exceed revenue targets.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

5. Revenue Maximization: Manage pricing, promotions, and product listings to maximize revenue profitability.

6. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the performance marketing team to achieve goals.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1+ years in performance marketing, e-commerce management, or a similar role (D2C environment preferred).

2. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.

3. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth, improving conversion rates, and executing performance marketing campaigns.

4. Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making abilities with strong analytical skills.

5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
