Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, optimize ROI, and scale our ecommerce brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms and a data-driven approach to performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to achieve target ROAS, CPC, and CPA goals.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Track, report, and analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, GA4, etc.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably in an ecommerce/D2C brand).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics, and remarketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Amazon Ads / Marketplace Ads.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms.
• Basic understanding of email marketing automation and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
