Job Summary: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence and revenue through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate is analytical, ROI-focused, and passionate about performance-driven results. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize ROI. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging. Prepare regular reports and dashboards with campaign KPIs, performance trends, and actionable insights. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Manage budgets efficiently to ensure performance targets are met within spend limits. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing. Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills. Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking. Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar is a plus. Good communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
