Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience in running sales campaigns on Facebook (Meta Ads). The person should know how to manage budgets, track performance, and use important terms like CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CTR (Click Through Rate), bid cap, and other ad metrics.

What You’ll Do:

• Run and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to drive sales.

• Handle campaign budgets and make sure the money is spent wisely.

• Keep an eye on performance metrics like CPA, CTR, ROAS, and optimize campaigns.

• Work with Shopify to connect ads and track results.

• Create ad creatives to attract the right audience.

• Give updates and reports on how ads are performing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who has already run Facebook (Meta) sales campaigns.

• Good understanding of ad metrics like CPA, CTR, bid cap, etc.

• Creative mindset to design or suggest ad creatives.

• Immediate joiner who can start without delay.

Pay: ₹10,479.69 - ₹25,000.00 per month
