Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Executive at Selfcraft Media, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Your role will involve driving and managing monthly sales targets while keeping ROAS under control. You will track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, derive actionable insights, and perform deep analysis using Google Sheets for performance reporting. Your collaboration with the creative team to test and iterate ad creatives and messaging will be crucial in achieving month-on-month growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Drive and manage monthly sales targets while maintaining ROAS. - Track and analyze campaign performance via Google Analytics and derive actionable insights. - Perform deep analysis using Google Sheets for performance reporting. - Collaborate with the creative team to test and iterate ad creatives and messaging. - Monitor key metrics daily and take corrective actions quickly. - Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends. - Contribute to audience building and funnel strategies tailored for eCommerce D2C sales. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4) for traffic, attribution, and funnel analysis. - Proficiency in Google Sheets with advanced formulas, data visualization, and dashboards. - Excellent understanding of eCommerce conversion funnels, A/B testing, and pixel/tracking setups. - Proven track record of managing budgets and driving consistent month-on-month sales growth. - Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently. Additional Details: It is good to have experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms. Knowledge of tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Hotjar, or Clarity, as well as familiarity with email and retention marketing strategies, will be considered a bonus.,
