Performance Marketing Executive (Junior)

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive (Junior) to support our digital advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of how paid ads work and be comfortable navigating ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google and Meta.
• Support with keyword research, audience segmentation, and basic performance analysis.
• Generate routine campaign performance reports and highlight key insights.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaign objectives align with business goals.
• Help maintain organized campaign structures, assets, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and digital ad ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication and willingness to learn and grow in the performance marketing domain.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
