Snackible, one of Indias fastest-growing healthier snacks brands, is hiring an experienced and driven E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our growth across E-Commerce, D2C, and performance channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and scale revenue across

  Q-Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto), Amazon

  along with running ads across these platforms.
• Plan, launch & optimize

  Meta and Google Ads

  campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Operated end-to-end Shopify for Snackible&aposs website listings and analytics
• Analyze campaign & sales performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
• Manage listings, promotions, and visibility across marketplaces.
• Collaborate with platform category teams, Creative, and Operations for campaign execution.
• Troubleshoot customer journey issues and continuously improve site performance by working along with the customer care team
• Explore new growth opportunities in digital marketplaces and ad networks

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1.52 years of hands-on experience with Q-Commerce platforms is mandatory.
• Prior experience in a D2C brand or digital-first FMCG environment (preferable)
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media platforms
• Comfortable managing teams and multi-channel campaign execution
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google suite.
