Performance Marketing-D2C Operations

As a Performance Marketing professional at Emcure Pharmaceuticals in the Consumer Business division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance traffic, conversions, and revenue for OTC products. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or Digital Marketing within the FMCG or D2C sector, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's online presence and marketing initiatives. Your primary duties will include strategizing and executing Google & Meta Ads to meet business objectives, managing all aspects of website operations, and conducting A/B tests to optimize creative elements, landing pages, and ad copies for improved performance. You will be tasked with monitoring and analyzing campaign performance across various channels and platforms, working towards enhancing search rankings, product reviews, and customer engagement on marketplaces. Collaboration will be key in this role as you will closely work with brand, legal, and creative teams to ensure content alignment with brand strategy and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and allocating media budgets to maximize ROI, while continuously tracking spending and recommending optimizations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
