Performance Marketing- D2C (Agency Experience)

This involves diversifying online and offline channels, optimizing sales strategies, and effectively positioning products for target customers. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for building, managing, executing, and strategizing performance marketing campaigns to drive consistent revenue growth. You will act as the point of contact for D2C clients, understanding their business objectives and developing tailored solutions. Scaling campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google to maximize reach, analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with clients providing updates and recommendations, and develop strategic marketing plans aligned with clients" objectives, budget constraints, and industry trends. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on D2C clients. Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is desirable.
