Performance Marketing - Customer Acquisition/GTM

As a seasoned candidate of New Customer acquisition, you will be responsible for taking complete ownership of the digital customer acquisition framework for DMI. Your role will involve architecting and operating the engine that drives DMI's growth in the competitive digital lending space. You will hold the P&L for all digital channels and drive the achievement of ambitious growth targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement robust, full-funnel paid marketing strategies aligned with goals for loan disbursal, customer acquisition, and profitability. - Lead efforts to reduce CAC and increase user retention by testing creatives, landing pages, and user journeys. - Set up, track, and optimize campaigns using GA4, Firebase, and MMP platforms. - Build compelling, creative ideas for campaigns that drive engagement and clicks. - Lead and develop a team of skilled marketers, fostering innovation, customer obsession, and continuous optimization. - Pioneer new acquisition programs and promote a test-and-learn culture to uncover growth opportunities. **Qualifications:** - Minimum Qualification: Graduate - Preferred Qualification: MBA in Marketing In this role, you will need to have: - 7-10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on performance marketing and customer acquisition. - Prior experience in scaling a D2C, FinTech, or digital lending brand. - Demonstrated track record of managing and profitably scaling large monthly ad spends (e.g., 50 Lakhs and above). **Skills & Proficiencies:** - Deep expertise in performance marketing platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Strong command of data interpretation, attribution models, and reporting tools like GA4. - Strategic mindset with proven execution speed and the ability to work independently. - Experience in building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.,
