As a Performance Marketing Creative Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in visually representing our brand's mission and values through compelling ad creatives. Your primary focus will be on translating the profound narratives of the Ramayana and the devotion of Hanuman into visually stunning and emotionally resonant designs for platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. Key Responsibilities: - Translate the stories, values, and symbolism from the Ramayana and the persona of Shri Hanuman into visually appealing ad creatives. - Design and produce engaging static and video ad creatives for campaigns on Meta and Google. - Develop creative communication tailored to different stages of the audience journey: Top of Funnel, Middle of Funnel, and Bottom of Funnel. - Monitor social media and cultural trends within the spiritual and devotional content space to create timely and relevant creatives. - Craft powerful short-form video narratives optimized for mobile viewing. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and refine creatives accordingly. - Uphold the brand integrity of Ayodhyatra in all creatives. Qualifications Required: - Deep knowledge and personal appreciation for Indian spirituality, particularly the narratives of the Ramayana and the significance of Shri Hanuman. - 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing cultural and emotional themes. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or tools like Figma. - Solid skills in video editing and motion graphics for creating engaging video ads. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
