As a Performance Marketing Creative Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in visually conveying the narratives and symbolism from the Ramayana and the persona of Shri Hanuman through compelling ad creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. Your primary focus will be on authentic storytelling and creative excellence, collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals. - **Spiritual Storytelling:** Translate the profound stories, values, and symbolism from the Ramayana and the persona of Shri Hanuman into visually stunning and emotionally resonant ad creatives. - **Creative Production:** Design and produce a high volume of engaging static and video ad creatives for campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (YouTube, GDN). - **Funnel-Specific Design:** - Top of Funnel (ToFU): Create thumb-stopping content introducing Ayodhyatra and building awareness through beautiful visuals. - Middle of Funnel (MoFU): Design creatives that build a deeper connection and educate the audience about offerings. - Bottom of Funnel (BoFU): Craft clear and compelling creatives with strong calls-to-action encouraging engagement and conversion. - **Trend-Spotting:** Actively monitor social media and cultural trends within the spiritual and devotional content space to create timely and shareable creatives. - **Video Narratives:** Craft powerful stories in short-form video formats optimized for mobile-first viewing. - **Creative Collaboration:** Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign objectives and audience insights, iterating and refining creatives for improved impact. - **Brand Integrity:** Uphold the brand identity of Ayodhyatra, ensuring all creatives are respectful, authentic, and consistent with core values. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - **Cultural & Spiritual Acumen:** Deep knowledge and personal appreciation for Indian spirituality, particularly the narratives of the Ramayana and the significance of Shri Hanuman. - **Experience:** 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio. - **Portfolio:** Showcase a strong command of visual design and a sensibility for cultural, emotional, or spiritual themes. - **Creative Agility:** Ability to identify emerging trends and creatively adapt them for a niche brand. - **Software Skills:** High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or tools like Figma. - **Video Skills:** Solid skills in video editing and motion graphics for engaging short-form video ads. - **Communication:** Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with the marketing team. **Bonus Points For (Nice-to-Haves):** - Understanding of broader brand marketing principles. - Experience in designing for offline marketing materials. - Basic copywriting skills for ad headlines and short copy.,
