Performance Marketer

• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, and display. Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI using analytics tools like Google Analytics. Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the allocation of marketing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI. Reporting: Create and present data-driven performance reports and visualizations to stakeholders to communicate campaign impact and strategic insights. Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align messaging, branding, and overall marketing strategy. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives and drive growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand target demographics and identify opportunities for campaign innovation. A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to refine campaign targeting, messaging, and other elements for continuous improvement.
