Performance Marketer

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads that convert into valuable business opportunities. Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad creatives, and landing pages to enhance conversion rates will be a key part of your role. You will conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and creatives to improve overall performance. Efficient allocation and management of ad spend to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency will be crucial. Setting up and managing tracking systems using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel for accurate performance measurement will also be part of your responsibilities. Regular reporting and providing actionable insights to stakeholders, collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages, and communicating campaign performance and recommendations with clients and internal teams will be essential aspects of your job. Staying updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to implement best practices in performance marketing is a requirement for this role. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency environment. Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is necessary. A proven track record in lead generation campaigns with measurable success, proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel, strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and budget management are also required for this position.,
