Salary: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum (₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Performance Marketer who can immediately join our team. Candidate must have experience in running paid media campaigns focused on conversions, scaling and ROI across platforms like Meta & Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute & optimize campaigns (Meta, Google, Amazon etc.)

Manage budgets & achieve targeted KPIs

Analyze campaign data & prepare performance reports

Implement A/B tests, retargeting & funnel optimization

Scale winning campaigns and reduce CAC

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in performance marketing

Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (must)

Strong analytical mindset & reporting skills

Good communication skills
