Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, with a focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
Must possess proficiency in managing a monthly marketing budget ranging from 15 to 20 lakh.
Manage and optimize the company's website to enhance user experience, increase organic traffic, and improve conversion rates.
Oversee the company's social media presence across all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other digital marketing channels.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, social media platforms, and online advertising techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives as needed.
? Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
? Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
? Must possess proficiency in managing a monthly marketing budget ranging from 10 to 15 lakh.
? Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google search console, etc.
? Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
? Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
? Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
? Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
