Performance Improvement coorinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Performance Coordinator to support the planning, tracking, and improvement of operational performance across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, maintain effective time management, and ensure adherence to processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track team and individual performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Identify performance gaps and assist in implementing action plans to improve results.
• Coordinate with team leads and managers to ensure alignment on goals and KPIs.
• Support the execution of continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Ensure that all performance processes and documentation are compliant with company standards.
• Maintain organized records and assist in preparing data for performance reviews and reports.
• Help troubleshoot operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Act as a liaison between operations, HR, and other internal teams for performance-related matters.
