Performance Engineering (Load Runner)

As a Performance Test Engineer (LoadRunner) at our fast-paced IT services and enterprise quality engineering practice in India, your role will involve designing and executing performance test strategies and scenarios for web and API-based applications using LoadRunner. You will create and maintain robust VuGen scripts, configure and run LoadRunner Controller jobs, and analyze results to produce actionable performance reports. Your responsibilities will also include identifying bottlenecks across the application stack and collaborating with dev/ops teams to define remediation and capacity plans. Integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines, automating test execution, reporting, and alerting for repeatable regression testing will be crucial. Additionally, you will provide tuning recommendations, capacity forecasting, and clear stakeholder communication around SLAs and risk for releases.
