Project Role : Performance Engineer Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. Must have skills : Performance Testing Strategy Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 4 Years of Graduation Bachelor of Technology Bachelor of Engineering Summary :As a Performance Engineer, you will diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. Your role will involve five aspects of Performance Engineering:software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our systems and applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions. Design and execute performance tests to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for optimizing system performance. Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools. Conduct performance tuning activities to enhance system performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering. Assist in capacity planning activities to ensure scalability and reliability of systems. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture. Experience in performance testing and validation. Knowledge of capacity planning principles and techniques. Familiarity with application performance management tools and techniques. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance issues. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
