Performance Creative Specialist - Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the Media team

with high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, ads, and brand

communication. The ideal candidate should be able to translate briefs into engaging creative

outputs while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Create static and motion graphics for digital ads, social media, and performance

marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the Media, Marketing, and Content teams to understand requirements

and deliver creatives aligned with campaign objectives.

Adapt and optimise creatives for multiple formats (Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, etc.).

Ensure all creatives are brand-compliant, visually appealing, and delivered within

timelines.

Work on thumbnails, banners, social posts, emailers, and other marketing collateral.

Maintain and organise creative libraries, design files, and project assets.

Stay updated on design trends, platform guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or

equivalent experience).

1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital or media

environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Basic motion graphics skills (bonus if experienced with After Effects).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital and performance-driven design work.
