Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance Creative Developer to join our team—someone who can bring ideas to life through compelling static designs and videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, design consistency, and storytelling across digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop static creatives and short-form video content for campaigns and social media.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into engaging visual assets.
Stay updated with design trends, formats, and emerging tools.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in graphic design and video creation.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Strong understanding of composition, color, and typography.
Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a plus.
A creative portfolio showcasing both static and video work.
