Role Overview: You will be joining the Siemens Limited EP BU team as a Factory Controller at the IAA Segment Kalwa Factory. This role offers a flexible and dynamic environment for personal and professional growth. Your responsibilities will include handling all Business Administration functions for the IAA Kalwa Factory, monthly closing and reporting for Finance-related topics, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and audit, among other tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Handling all Business Administration functions for IAA Kalwa Factory - Monthly closing and reporting for Finance-related topics including journal entries, intern company (ICC) billings, and period-end P&L analytics - Financial planning and budgeting for EP Kalwa Factory, including monthly Financial Forecast, reporting to Function Controlling, and period-end reporting to IAA segment - Performing yearly cost calculation for Factory manufactured products - Conducting in-depth analysis of P&L and Balance sheet for Kalwa EP factory Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of Financial Controlling and reporting experience or a combination of relevant experience, education, and certifications - Bachelor's degree in finance; master's degree preferred - Knowledge of SAP is mandatory - Experience working with the latest technology and willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions like Power BI - Previous experience in managing teams and employees Additional Details: Siemens is a global company with over 379,000 employees in over 200 countries.
